According to the Statistics Committee of Kazakhstan’s Economy Ministry, 27.3 KMT of vegoils are produced in April 2017. 78% of total vegoil output is represented by sunoil 21.4 KMT (both refined and unrefined). April’s soybean oil production also set a record for this month at 1.8 KMT. At the same time, rapeseed oil production shrank substantially to 0.7 KMT that is down 50% from the previous month and down 64% from April 2016. Linseed output amounted to 1.9 KMT, i.e. down 26% from the previous month and down 18% from April 2016.
