India Spot wheat prices slightly up.

Price of wheat in the key wholesale markets of Delhi and Kota slightly up due to poor supplies and steady demand from flour mills. In Delhi, mill quality wheat was sold at 2,050-2,060 rupees per 100 kg, up 5 rupees from the previous close. In Kota, key market for grains in Rajasthan, the food grain was sold at 1,960-2,030 rupees per 100 kg. Around 2,000 bags (1 bag = 100 kg) arrived in Kota market, largely unchanged.There is negligible stock of wheat in wholesale markets. There is steady demand for mill-quality wheat from local millers, while buying is more in premium quality of the grain that is priced at 2,200 rupees per 100 kg in Kota.
