Madhya Pradesh farmers sold around 1.07 mln tn soybean and maize to traders under Flat Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana. Under the earlier version of the scheme, Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana, farmers had last year sold 572,488 tn soybean and maize. Registered farmers in the state have sold 741,925 tn soybean, and 327,183 tn maize to the traders till early this week. Last year they sold 486,305 tn soybean and 86,183 tn maize during same period last year.
