NCDEX barley at 14-month low on higher stock, spot cues.

utures contracts of barley on the NCDEX hit a 14-month low due to rise in stocks at exchange warehouses and fall in prices in the spot market. On the NCDEX, the most-active June contract traded down nearly 0.5%. Stocks at the warehouses are at 9,696 tonne, compared with 7,397 tonne a month ago. In Jaipur, the benchmark market, prices fell due to a rise in arrivals and lacklustre demand from stockists and the malt industry.
