Pulses prices have been surged in last few days on the reports of dip in acreage
.Pulses and pulse seeds have been ruling higher at the mandis in Indore for past few days amid report of dip in acreage. Upside rally in urad also continued on poor crop reports. Urad (bold) was at ₹5,500-5,600, while urad (medium) ruled at ₹4,200-4,400 a quintal. Urad dal (medium) went for ₹5,800-5,900, urad dal (bold) ₹6,000-6,100, while urad mongar ruled at ₹6,800-6,900 a quintal.
