Weak demand drags down Jaipur barley to 6-week low.

Rapid demand from stockists and malt manufacturing companies dragged down barley prices to a six-week low in the key Jaipur market. Demand for coarse grain has been weak because of concerns over quality of the arrivals. New crop arrivals of barley were estimated at 50,000 bags (1bag=85 kg) today, up 20,000 bags from from previous close.
