The futures contracts of cotton on ICE extended, due to concerns about crop damage as the depression in the US is expected to become tropical storm Nate over the weekend. There are fears that the tropical depression over the Caribbean Sea could develop into a hurricane, which can hit Georgia and Florida states of the US.
