Price of barley rose in Jaipur owing to improved demand from poultry feed sector and domestic stockists. In Jaipur, the benchmark market, the coarse grain was sold for 1,850 rupees per 100 kg, up 10 rupees. Negligible supply in the market, coupled with improved demand from brewers also supported prices.
