markets trading lower in origins by 30-40/- qtl right from MP/Maharashtra to Karnataka and Orissa. We have about 4-6k arrivals in MP with chindwara region dominating , prices trading @ 1300-1340 on average basis. Maharashtra prices are also trading lower and we see arrival build up in the next week before holding in the holiday week till Deepawali. Destination markets are as below

Tamil Nadu :- Trucks 1600-1630,

Bangalore :- Trucks 1480-1500

Hyderabad :- trucks 1530-1600

Ahmedabad :- 1520-1530/1590 (super quality cargo buying)

Bihar :- 1550-1575 (Good Quality)High FD 1350-1400.

North :- 1620-1640

Sangli    : -1400-1440/ Grit quality 1500.

International Market :-

The board and basis have moved lower from the highs of last week, board is trading at 399 cents/bushel, making way from highs of 420 a week back, Ukraine basis are also offered at 170 cents/bushel which were trading at 190-195 a week back, so we have board and basis both trading lower. Indian cargo on the back of price hike in local markets and International market moving lower, the export parities are moving out of question. For how long it will need to be seen. The next USDA report will probably give a fair idea of where the market is trade from hereon.

 

Weather :-

Temperatures are getting lower and yesterday we had Faridabad lowest temperature @ 8 degrees Celsius. The cold wave declaration might come sooner than later and the overall weather in Delhi NCR is not good, smog is making its presence felt.
