Futures contracts of cottonseed oilcake on the NCDEX ended nearly 2% lower today as concerns over supply of cottonseed eased after Suarashtra Ginners Association in Gujarat withdrew their call for an indefinite strike. The association has called for an indefinite strike to protest reverse charge mechanism on raw cotton under the goods and services tax.
