Prices of barley hit a three-week low in Jaipur, due to weak demand following concerns over quality. New crop arrivals of barley were estimated at 50,000 bags (1bag=85kg) compared with 40,000 bags. Higher arrivals coupled with lacklustre demand from malt manufacturig companies also weighed on sentiments.
