Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu directed officials to protect the interests of farmers by providing Minimum support price for paddy. Chief Minister said the farmers achieved good yield in Krishna district due to Pattiseema Lift Irrigation scheme. Both the agricultural and civil supplies officials should act in a coordination to provide Minimum Support Price for paddy. The Chief Minister asked Krishna district Collector B Lakshmikantham to take initiative to provide MSP to paddy.
