Maize prices remained unchanged in Purnea, a key wholesale market in Bihar as fresh arrivals are over a month away and trade is subdued currently. Prices may start to fall when new crop arrives in April, for now there is not much happening. During rabi season, the country relies on Bihar for maize supplies and the new crop enters the markets around Apr 15.
