U.S. corn futures rose for the first time in four sessions as traders feared possible yield cuts in a widely watched report next week. The most active corn futures on the Chicago Board Of Trade were up 0.2 percent to $3.64 a bushel, having closed down 0.4 percent in the previous session when prices hit a low of $3.62-1/2 a bushel – the lowest since Oct 26. The U.S. dollar edged up to a fresh 16-month high against a basket of key currencies on Wednesday on the back of continued U.S. economic strength.
