Futures contracts of wheat rose on CBOT today due to concerns over crop damage in Australia. Heavy rains in Australia may damage up to 4 mln tn wheat crop, which is yet to be harvested, according to media reports. Earlier, dry weather conditions in the country had hit wheat crop and output was estimated to fall nearly 35% on year.
