Futures contracts of wheat on the CBOT up because of depreciation in the US dollar against the euro. The euro has been appreciating against the US dollar which makes European wheat export from that region less competitive. Wheat contracts on CBOT are also supported by dry weather conditions in key growing areas in the US.
