Kazakhstan exported 519.4 KMT of wheat in November 2017, or 25% more than in November 2016 (415.3 KMT). In addition, this is the largest monthly volume of Kazakh wheat exports since 2013 (540.2 KMT of wheat was exported from the country in December 2013). Kazakh wheat exports almost caught up with last year in the first three months of MY 2017/18. Kazakhstan shipped abroad 1.2 MMT of wheat in September-November 2017 against 1.22 MMT at the same time last season.
