Total exports of canola were 10.9 Mt, representing a slight decrease from the 11.0 Mt shipped in 2016-17 while the industrial use of canola increased by about 0.1 Mt, to record 9.3 Mt, as the processing industry continued to operate at near full capacity despite pressured crush margins towards the end of the crop year.
