Himachal Pradesh Agriculture Department has set the target of sowing wheat and barely in about 3.60 lakh hectare area. Director of HP Agriculture department Desh Raj Sharma told UNI on Saturday that 7,650 metric tonnes of seed would be sown.He said that the target to double the income of farmers by 2020 would be achieved. Department and Himachal Pradesh Agriculture university were working on 20 different model which integrate the Agriculture and Horticulture activity in the state.
