India spot wheat prices rise in Delhi, fall in Indore.

Wheat prices rise marginally today in the key wholesale market of Delhi due to improved buying at lower rates. Prices have largely been range-bound for the last 15-20 days as there is no significant demand from mills. Demand for wheat has been subdued in benchmark Indore market. Despite the lean arrival season, prices have been weak because of tepid demand from private companies as they have already built inventories following a bumper output in 2016-17 (Jul-Jun). Cheap availability of the grain in global markets has also kept domestic prices under pressure.
