Prices of sugar fell in the key wholesale markets of the country as expectation of a good southwest monsoon this year is seen boosting output. M-grade sugar sold in Delhi and Muzaffarnagar down 10 rupees. In Mumbai and Kolhapur, prices of the sugar fell by 5 rupees per 100 kg each. Southwest monsoon hit Bihar and Jharkhand, and covered entire West Bengal and Marathwada.
