The August contract of coriander on NCDEX fell to a near 5-year low of 4,492 rupees today, due to continued imports from Ukraine. Prices also declined as good rainfall in Rajasthan, this monsoon season will likely help coriander sowing. Coriander sowing will begin in October. So far in the Jun-Sep southwest monsoon season, the state has received 45% above-normal rains at 366.4 mm.
