The October and November futures contracts of coriander fell on the NCDEX as investors booked profits after prices hit an over one-week high of 4,940 rupees per 100 kg. The near-month October contract was at 4,884 rupees per 100 kg, down 0.6% from previous close. However, prices were unchanged in Ramganj, a major trading centre in Rajasthan. The badami variety was sold at 4,300 rupees per 100 kg, and the eagle variety was quoted at 4,500 rupees. Arrivals in Ramganj were also steady at 3,000 bags (1 bag = 40 kg).
