The most active December contract of chana on NCDEX fell marginally, tracking a fall in prices in the benchmark market of Delhi. On NCDEX, the December contract was down 0.3% at 4,535 rupees per 100 kg. Chana prices in spot markets fell due to sluggish demand from stockists and millers. In Delhi, the commodity was sold at 4,400-4,500 rupees per 100 kg, down 50 rupees. Lower arrivals, however, cushioned fall in prices.
