The USDA showed 672,634 MT in new crop sales, within the range of trade estimates. New crop sales were mostly to unknown (423,500 MT), with 115,600 MT to Thailand and 66,000 MT in net cancelations for China. Soybean shipments totaled 723,391 MT in the week of 8/30, with Iran the main destination of 140,800 MT. Soy meal sales in that week were seen at 358,856 MT, with soy oil seen at a net reduction of 3,733 MT for 17/18 and sales of 1,341 MT for 18/19.
