In Lasalgaon, onion was sold in the range of 1,000-1,200 rupees per 100 kg, up 200 rupees. Arrivals were pegged around 300-350 trolleys, each carrying 1.5-2.0 tn, as compared with 800 trolleys. At another key market Pimpalgaon, arrivals of onion were around 350-400 trolleys as compared with 900 trolleys. The commodity was sold at 1,000 rupees per 100 kg, up 100 rupees.
