Government agencies and private millers have procured total 16578162 tonnes of Paddy in Punjab till today evening which included 93060 tonnes procured on 12th November. Disclosing this here on Sunday, an official spokesman for Punjab Government said out of total procurement of 16578162 tonnes of paddy in all the procurement centers of Punjab, the Government agencies procured 16324534 tonnes of paddy (98.5 pc) till date whereas 253628 tonnes (1.5 pc) of paddy has been procured by millers.
