Ukrainian exporters continued stepping up wheat bran supplies to foreign markets this season. Ukraine exported roughly 181.7 KMT of bran during the first four months of MY 2017/18, or 6.6% more than at the same time a year ago (170.4 KMT was in July-October 2016/17). Traditionally, the top importer of Ukrainian wheat bran remains Turkey, which absorbs the bulk of exports. In the period under review, Turkey purchased 7.7% more Ukrainian wheat bran than at the same time last season (176.1 KMT against 163.5 KMT).
