Arrival of new mustard in Mandi started in Sirsa, Haryana

As temperatures rise in the season, the crops of mustard crop are ready. Farmers have started harvesting mustard crops. Mustard seeds have been planted in 50 thousand hectares of mustard in the district. Due to the favorable weather conditions, high production of mustard is expected. The arrival of new mustard in Anaj Mandi also started.

Soybeans firm, rebound from two-week low on fears for Chinese demand

Soybean futures edged higher, rebounding from a more than two-week low touched earlier in the session, though gains were capped by fears of a potential fall in demand for North American supplies by China as a trade war escalates. The most active soybean futures on the Chicago Board Of Trade were up 0.1 percent to $10.40-1/2 a bushel.

NCDEX barley down tailing benchmark spot market

Futures contract of barley fell on the NCDEX due to lower prices of the grain in Jaipur, the benchmark market in Rajasthan. On NCDEX, the most-active April contract was at 1,430 rupees per 100 kg, down 0.59%. Stockists have raised the demand for imported barley, which is cheaper and of better quality.
